TidyCertified provides an online platform that enables users to upload documents and send certified mail through third-party mail processing providers and USPS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient names and mailing addresses.
  • You confirm that you have the legal right to send the uploaded content.
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • No PHI unless a signed HIPAA BAA is in place.
  • No attempts to bypass platform security.

4. Mail Delivery & Limitations

Mail delivery is performed by third-party providers and USPS. We do not guarantee delivery timing, acceptance, or recipient response. Delays may occur due to postal operations, weather, holidays, or address errors.

You are responsible for verifying that delivery confirmation meets your legal requirements.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Charges are non-refundable once printing or mailing has been initiated.

6. Proof of Mailing

We provide digital proof-of-mailing and tracking information when available. Such proof is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

7. No Legal Advice

TidyCertified is a technology platform and does not provide legal advice. Use of certified mail through our Service does not guarantee compliance with any legal requirement.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and design are owned by TidyCertified.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
